With a versatile skills set and background, Italian -multilingual (spoken fluent English and Spanish, conversational French and Portuguese), and tourism competences aquired within the Travel and Tourism industry  among hotels and resorts chains, ocean cruise line, yacht cruise lines / small ships, tour operators and international industy enterprises.  

- At first as a tourism & hospitality assistant , holiday rep, social activities and guest relation officer, then as chief guest happiness, cruise/travel manager  and cultural enrichment activities coordinator, Pietro displays hybrid skills set as a destination linker & delivery manager, engaging communicator and people person.

As an keen slow-traveler Pietro made numerous travel and lived abroad in different countries for prolonged periods of time constantly improving his languages practice with in-depth geographical and cultural trough EU, Complete Mediterranean Basin, USA & Latin America, Caribbean, West Africa, Western Europe, Russia, Asia, Indian Ocean - Seychelles, Maldives / Exotic destinations.

Through these years Pietro  acquired and developed a solid understanding of international cultures by immersing himself within the destinations interacting deeply with locals.

- Furthermore, thanks to his professional career, engaging with international travellers/vacationers and visitors, he has constantly optimized his contribution to the best guest experience.-

Also his various tourism marketing, destination and CX training courses (both at corporate and individual levels) Pietro enhanced  his capability and approach as an active industry linker.

His public speaking/facing & sales skills combined with his capabilities in destination operations and logistics  allow him to empower guest and visitor experiences.

Moreover in the recent years Pietro deeply embraced the

EXPERIENTIAL TRAVEL and small cruise ship-yachting industry

remaining fully involved in delivering a memorable guest experience

off the beaten destination and track.
